COMMISSIONS I’m
happy to do commissions. Currently,
they take me anywhere from three to six months to complete (to work around
my contracted illustration obligations).
I know that’s a long time and I like to warn people ahead of
time. I’m working on
getting that time down to one to two months. Pen
and ink commissions start at $50 for a simple (portrait with a limited
background) drawing on 9” X 12” Bristol board.
An 11” X 17” drawing like the full-page illustrations in my
gallery are $200 (or more, for something more highly detailed). Watercolor
commissions start at $100 for a simple (portrait with a limited
background) painting on 9” X 12” illustration board.
An 11” X 17” painting will top out at $600. Feel
free to email me with the subject matter and size you’re thinking of and
I’ll quote you a price. Don’t
be afraid to ask! I
require half of the fee upfront, the other half upon completion.
You pay the shipping costs for the shipping method you prefer.
I accept Paypal, all major credit cards, money orders, cashiers and
certified checks. |
